For a baby or toddler who might need extra help

BabyNet is South Carolina’s system of services for infants and toddlers birth to 3 years of age who have developmental delays or have conditions associated with developmental delays. If your child qualifies, services are provided at no cost to families.

Services are provided through the everyday routines of the family, in places that are convenient to them.

Anyone with concerns about a young child’s development can ask for a screening, including parents, doctors, caregivers, friends, or other family members.
