Find programs for young children across the state

The SC School for the Deaf and the Blind (SCSDB) is best known as a specialized school that offers pre-K through high school classes on its main campus in Spartanburg. The school also offers programs across the state.

Parents may choose for their child to attend school in their local school district or go to the SC School for the Deaf and the Blind, provided the child meets admission criteria. There are no fees to attend the school.

Education for babies, toddlers, and young children includes: 

  • Early Intervention Services, delivered in local communities
  • Kelly’s Kids Early Childhood Education Program on the main campus of the school in Spartanburg, for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old
